Providing a West Coast
Bistro Experience
for Decades

Uli's Restaurant has been a staple on the White Rock strip for more than 30 years, starting with founder Ulrich (Uli) Blume. He transformed his travels into the foundation of the restaurant's eclectic, West Coast Bistro-inspired menu.

Those same values continue today with his son Tyson Blume at the helm, where he showcases his passion for seeking out high quality, local ingredients by working with neighboring farms and vendors.
